Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a new technology for production of highly transparent gelatine. The key technique is the adoption of refining step before concentration. Phosphate used as a high efficient clarificant is added to the gelatine liquid. Various impurities contained in the gelatine will be precipitated after warming at an adequate pH value for a suitable time nterval. The precipitate is easily separated from the product gelatine.
