Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a technological process for preparing AB type gelatin by using sundry skins and complex acid method and its product. A complex acid solution made of several acidic materials is used to treat sundry skins material, and then a basic material is used to regulate the pH value of said sundry skins material, and the sundry skins material is boiled in a pan to extract gelatin, and its gelatin-extracting temp. is 55-85 deg.C. The invented technological process is simple, and easy to operate and use, and firstly uses the complex acid to treat sundry skins and basic material to regulate the pH value in gelating-making history by using acid method so as to implement the characteristics of quick gelatin-extracting speed, high gelatin viscosity and good product colour.
