Abstract:
     A process for producing bone glue, bone oil and bone powder at the same time includes such technological steps as loading fresh ox bone in high-pressure cylindrical digester, introducing high-pressure saturated steam in it, closing inlet valve when pressure reaches 0.25-0.3 MPa, opening steam discharge valve, closing the steam discharge valve after steam is discharged out, introducing steam again, closing inlet valve when pressure reaches 0.35-0.45 MPa, digesting for 1.5-3.0 hr, discharging steam, depositing for 0.5-1.5 hr, discharging bone glue and bone oil, and making bone powder with deoiling bone.
