Abstract:
     The technological process for extracting compound bone collagen from animal soft bone includes the following steps: cleaning, hydrolyzing by using basic aqueous solution, cooling and adding acid, filtering, concentrating, alcohol precipitation, dewatering, drying and packaging so as to obtain the invented product which is low in fat content, high in collagen protein content and contains trace elements of calcium, magnesium and potassium, etc and 19 amino acids. The chondrine content is up to abouve 20%, and the content of harmful substances of lead, arsenic and mercury is less than National Food Safely Standard. Said product can be used for producing several health-care foods, and can be added in various foods, and can be used in domestic chemical industry.
