Abstract:
     A process and programmable intelligent equipment for automatically preparing gelatin by enzyme method is disclosed. Said equipment is originally used for preparing the emulsion of silver halide. Its technological input parameters include pH=2-7 for acidic value or pH=7-13 for alkaline value, 20-90 deg.C for reaction temp, 24 hr for reaction time, 0-100 ml for flow precision, and 200-3000 rpm for stirring speed. Its advantages are short period (6-10 days), high automation level and productivity and high quality of product.
