Abstract:
     The biocollagen with bioactivity is extracted form animal skin. The production process includes; selecting skin of health fragrant hog in 3 month age, eliminating hair and fat; sterlilzing, water washing, steaming in physiological saline at 30-40 deg.c temperature and 0.2-0.4 MPa pressure for 2-4 hr, extracting and degrading collagen at high temperature, filtering to purify, separating to eliminate fat and grease, freeze drying to dewater, and forming. The biocollagen has excellent bioactivity, good biocompatibility to human body, fast hemostasis function, no allergy, no stimulation, no toxic side effect, no rejection, easy absorption in human body and fast wound repairing function.
