Abstract:
    This invention discloses a yakcollagen and its preparation. Its material is yak-skin, and its preparation is that pretreated dry yak-skin is putted into multifunctional extraction vessel and 1-2 times water is added. Extraction vessel is closed tightly after adding 1/300-1/1000NaOH degrease. Opening jacketed steam and direct steam to heat and boiling for 30-60min until the pressure is 0.11-0.12MPa, adding water to wash repeatedly until its pH is close to neutral, and then releasing to empty and adding 1-2 times water to reheat under direct steam and jacketed steam to extract for 8-20h in controlling the pressure between 0.1 to 0.15MPa. Filtering extractive to detain filtrate, the filter residue is putted into extraction vessel for second extraction for 1-8h after adding 1-2 times water. Filtering extractive again and to put the filtrate together. Exhausting is conducted every hour for 5min each time during extracting. The dosage liquor is condensed to 60DEG C with density between 1.074 to 1.091, and then gum powder is obtained by spray drying.
