Abstract:
     The preparation process of animal glue includes the following steps: pre-treating animal skin into dry skin, mixing with water of 1-2 times animal skin and defatting NaOH of 1/1000-1/300 animal skin weight in a sealed multifunctional extracting tank, heating with direct steam and steam in sandwiched layer for 30-60 min, raising the pressure to 0.11-0.12 MPa and water flushing repeatedly to neutrality, draining water, adding water of 1-2 times, heating and raising pressure to 0.1-0.15 MPa for the first extraction of 8-20 hr, filtering to obtain filtrate, extracting the filter residue for the second time in the multifunctional tank, filtering to obtain filtrate, merging filtrate of the two times, concentrating the filtrate at 60 deg.c to density of 1.074-1.091, and finally spray drying to obtain the glue powder.
