Abstract:
    This invention relates to a non degeneration fish scale collagen preparation, and its feature is that scales of fish are soaked in 5-15% NaCl solution for 24-48 hours, and then stirring and filtering. They are soaked in 0.05-0.2M NaOH solution for 24-48 hours, and then stirring and filtering. Then they are soaked in 15-50g/L H2O2 solution for 24-36 hours with the pH of 2-12, and then washing with distilled water and filtering. Scales of fish are shattered with meat chopper and open-air dried. 100 weight amount of shattering scales of fish is soaked with 1000-2000 weight amounts 0.1-2M EDTA solution for 24-48 hours. It is radiated in microwave oven with the output power 200-400W and working frequency of waves 2450MHz for 10-20 minutes, then conducted agitation and filtration. It is also soaked in 1-5 weight amount of protease under the temperature of 4-6DEG C in pH=2-4 for 1-3 days, then segregated with centrifugal machine, after removal of residue, The clean liquid is salted out with 0.5-5M NaCl solution, then precipitated and segregated by centrifugal machine, and the sediment is dissolved with 0.05-2M acetic acid. 0.5-1% none degeneration scales of fish collagen solution is obtained after repeating the salting out operation for 3-5 times and dialysis with membrane for 3 times.
