Abstract:
     The paper is about core-shell type polymer. The core is alkalin-insoluble polymer, while the shell is alkaline-soluble polymer. They are connected by mechanical or chemical technique. When the shell is solved the remnant is connected to the core still. In the compound the shell polymer is neutralized and partly solved, so the mixture of neutralized core-shell polymer and the solution of shell polymer is formed. The polymer can be used in printing ink, polishing floor, treating leather, cement, coating, dyestuff, paint and polymerizing emulsion.
