     The present invention relates to a leather moistening detergent and it features that the leather moistening detergent is compounded via simple process and by using sodium-base bentonite as basic material, into which vaseline, liquid detergent (or aqueous OP solution), whitening agent, thixotropic agent, defoaming agent and antiseptic are added. When mixed with pigment, product with different colours is produced, and the said leather-moistening detergent is suitable for leather product and imitation-leather product.
