Abstract:
     The invention is relates to the synthesis of a kind of diluent for well drilling mud. Said method is used the thiosulfonic salt as main raw material, and the acrylic acid and acryulamide as monomer which controls a suitable PH value and temperature to carry on the graft polymerization reaction under the function of initiator. At the same time, the lignin is caused by carboxy and acylamino, the adsorbtion is enhanced, thereby, the performance of diluent is improved. Again, the ferrous sulfate is used for ligend reaction which the stable chelate is formed, finally, the product is obtained through filtering and drying. The finished product is nontoxic and possesses of good performance of adherence-down, shearing-down, high temperature-resistance, salt-resistance, and calcium-resistance. The production cost is lower and could meet the need for the well drilling mud.
