Abstract:
     The present invention refers to a method for residue removal in continuous rosin production and its automatic residue remover. It uses movable sieve plate (net), continuous filtration at constant temp., automatic change of sieve plate (net), automatic residue discharge, and repeated recovery. The residue remover comprises head part, which takes rotating sieve as its heart, central part, which takes cone sieve as its main part, and tail part, which takes residue storage tank as its main component. The method and apparatus of present invention increase utilization ratio of raw materials, and also has advantages of energy saving, safety, reduced labour intensity and improved labour environment.
