Abstract:
     This modified rosin used specially in industry contains following main components: the refined rosin (20-40%) and refined foral (40-60%), both of which have been pressure-reducing distilled and secondly refined, and the alcohol-soluble maleated rosin glyceride (0-5%) and polymerized rosin (20-35). The disadvanteges caused by direct use of said materials may be effectively avoided. The technical specifications of the product can camply with GB 9491-88 standard on liquid solder (rosin-base) for tin solder and internal Q-GSDN0-1-89 standard on resin-core solder wire and rosin-base solder paste for electronic industry.
