Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a kind of new technological process by using the leaves of eucommia as raw material to extract gutta-percha, it features that the component not containing gum on surface of the leaf is crushed by mill to make gum containg tissue in leaf be exposed to enrich the gum content, then the waste dregs are sieved out and the gutta-percha is extracted with organic solvent. By said method to extract gum, the raw mateial can be economized and the process can be easy operated timely and quantitatively.
