Abstract:
     A process for dry extraction of flax gum from shell of flaxseed includes such technological steps as grinding the shells of flaxseeds to release flax gum, and separating flax gum from flaxseed's shell by airflow method and use of vibrating sieve with 50-100 meshes and 180-300 lit/min of airflow speed. Its advantages are high extraction rate up to 82-92%, simple process and no toxin of product.
