Abstract:
     Petroleum ester, methyl isobutyl ketone and ethenol are mainly used to extract resin matter from resin-rich timber, strobile and fruit shell. The method is applied to imber rosin production and timber degreasing. The extraction is at normal pressure. Of the said solvents, methyl isobutyl ketone has extraction rate of 95.85-97.23%, ethenol 91.40-92.82% and petroleum ester 77.54-83.00%. Ethenol is more safe, easy to operate, low in cost and pollutionless, and when ethanol extract is processed, supercritical fluid technology is adopted to separate ethenol from water.
