Abstract:
     A process for preparing flax gum includes such technological steps as extracting flax oil from the flax seeds by squeezing at low temp under 120 deg.C to obtain flaxseed cake, separating protein from the flaxseed cake by means of wheat flour machine to obtain pure flax seed peel, and pulverizing it to 80-120 meshes.
