Abstract:
     The drier is prepared by direct reaction of low-molecular carboxylate of metal iron Mn or its water solution and C8-C20 fatty acids or aromatic carboxylic acid. During reaction, azeotroopic agent for dewatering and low-molecular carboxylic acid for separating reaction product are added, the separated water and low-molecular carboxylic acid is recovered to prepare low-molecular carboxylate, and the recovered azeotroopic agent or its mixture with low-molecular carboxylic acid is reused. The method has short technological process, high Mn converting rate, high product quality and no exhausted waste water.
