Abstract:
     The present invention provides a new method for processing pine oleoresin, in particular it relates to a pine oleoresin washing and storage method and pine oleoresin distillation process with inert gas circulating method. It is characterized by that firstly, it adopts sterilized running water or uses the sterilized water whose oxygen-dissolved quantity is reduced to wash pine oleoresin to remove its contained impurities of sugar, protein and chlorophyll to overcome enzymatic browning in the course of storage and reduce non-enzymatic browning in the course of processing pine oleoresin, so that the rosin made by using pine oleoresin stored in one and a half year still retains its special-grade quality. Besides, the circulating use of inert gas as active gas for distilling pine oleoresin not oly reduces the energy consumption for distillation, but also can ensure that the rosin and pine cone oil contain no water content.
