Abstract:
     The preparation method of alkaline oxidized tanning extract is characterized by adopting the following steps: adding the thermosol valonex aqueous solution into reactor, circulating reflux heating, introducing air, adding alkali and oxidation, adding manganess sulfate and ferrous sulfate, concentration and drying so as to obtain the powdered product. Said product possesses the advantages of good activity, proper colloidality, small dosage, low cost, simple preparation method and stable process. It is applicable to gas desulfurization in nitrogen fertilizer plant, gas plant and coal over gas plant, and is also applicable for removing H2S from other gas.
