Abstract:
     The heat source supply method for shellac bleaching process includes using solar energy heating system to provide heat source for shellac dissolving alkali solution and electric heating furnace as auxiliary heating apparatus. How water heated by the solar energy heater is made to enter the electric heating furnace and constant temperature water tank, and the water temperature is controlled into 80-90 deg.c. After the valve is opened, hot water in proper temperature enters the shellac dissolving unit to dissolve shellac for 1-2.5 hr, shellac solution is filtered to eliminate impurity, and heat exchanged with tap water in the heat exchanger, and cold shallac solution with temperature lower than 40 deg.c enters the next technological steps. The cooling water is made to enter the solar heater for reuse, and this can save power and lower cost.
