Abstract:
     In this dyestuff manufacture process, 30-70 deg.C warm water is used to dissolve the pptant. and PH-value of the reaction medium is adjusted to 1.5-3.5 with dilute ammonia water. The reaction time can be shortened. Meanwhile, TiO2, Fe2O3 content of which less than 0.1, is used as filler. It can reduce production cost and improved the covering ability of the dye with negligible effect on the colouration.
