Abstract:
     This invention relates to the method for smashing of carbon black blocks into fine dry powder by the high temperature (500-600 deg.C) and high speed (407-510 M/min) exhausted furnace gases. There are two methods of feeding the carbon black in the main pipeline. One is by manual operation of two off and on valves of the lower and upper hoppers equipped on the main pipeline. Another method is controlling the speed of feeding automatically by mechanical device.
