Abstract:
     The present invention relates to production technology and equipment of CSF type semi-inforcing carbon black. Up to now, the technological process for recovering carbon black in a nitrogenous fertilizer plant is heavy-oil extraction and recombustion, and the easy-to-wear heavy-oil screw pump used in it makes it need frequent overhaul, difficult to operate and need a great investment. The technological process for recovery carbon black in the present invention is one including filter and settlement, natural desiccation, predesiccation, fine desiccation, and addition of proper modifier in the course of desiccation.
