Abstract:
     This invention provides a sleeve of slide bearing and its manufacturing method. The bearing sleeve is an integrative type which feature is that it is made with soft graphite and assisted with soft metal net as inner frame. Its all smooth and continuous surface is made of soft graphite and shaped by pressing. Its outstanding character is that it possesses self-lubrication and high temp. resistance as compared with the present hearing and can be used for replacing the rolling bearing of the front roller way of steel rolling beating furance and similar bearingsor sleeves. The main point of its manufacturing is that the soft graphite and soft metal net are winded in shape and then put into mould for pressing.
