Abstract:
     This invention is a method to recover black carbon from the by-product (black carbon) of heavy oil gas-making, including filter and dry processes. In filter process, a PE sintering-tube type of filter is used for filtering and a buffer tank and a pressure-stabilizing tank are equipped. In the dry process, a combined gas-flow dryer is used and whole dryer is in a state of negative pressure on running. With the invention, the recovery rate of black carbon is 99.8%, so basically eliminating the pollution of black carbon. In addition, the recovered block carbon can replace 50% consumption of acetyl black carbon in Zn-Mn battery trade. The method can save energy resource and have obvious economic benefit.
