Abstract:
     This yellow-series inorganic pigment uses artificial rutile, molybdenum oxide or molybdate as the raw materials, among which, the ratio of artificial rutile is 91-99.8%. Its manufacture process is as follows: The raw materials are respectively ground into less than 320 mesh, mixed uniformly and calcined at 800-1100 deg.C for solid smelting. Then, its temp. is gradually lowered to normal one and it is further ground into 500-1000 mesh. The pigment has following advantages: low cost, rich raw materials, high capability to resist actinic action, anti-acid,-alkali and-corrosion, no variation of clustre after it is immersed in the solutions of supersaturated calcium perhydroxide or 5% hydrochloric acid for 96 days, not firing when it is heated to 1100 deg.C, simple manufacture method and saving energy.
