Abstract:
     The reaction furnace is composed of combusting part, mixing part, first reaction part and second reaction part. The combusts (oil or gas) and raw oil are past respectively to the combusting part and mixing part, then the hot gas-stream resulted from combustion is mixed with the dropped raw oil and past quickly through the first and second reaction part to accomplish the prodn. rection of carbon black. So long as the processing factors are appropriately regulated, different kinds of carbon black such as hard carbon black and soft carbon black may be produced alternately. It may reduce the energy consumption by a factor of 27% in soft carbon black prodn.
