Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of blue inorganic pigment. It uses kaolin, cobalt nitrate or other cobalt salt, zinc oxide and titanium oxide as the coloring agent, uses sulfur and sodium salt as the catalyst, and the roasting temp. and the heat-insulating time are controlled, and the pigment synthesis and the dyeing are combined into one technological process, i.e. solid phase reaction production method. It is without the public hazard of three wastes, and its cost is low, manufacturing method is simple. The said inorganic pigment is widely used in the fields of inorganic coating, plastic product, rubber article, cement product and asbestos-cement product, artificial marble, mosaic product, printing ink and high-temp. printing ink, ceramic industry, poster and high-level painting.
