Abstract:
     Chrome-alumina red is taken as primary colour, proportion of additive pigments is in harmony, and lanthanum oxide is used as assistant and stabilizing agent for colour, a rare earth peach red ceramic pigment is produced. This pigment has advantages of bright colour and thermal stability at high temp., its reflectance spectrum is as same as the colour spectrum of golden peach red pigment or slightly higher in the reflectance peak value. Said pigment can be used for over-glaze decoration (adaptible to pb-contained solvent or pb-free solvent), under-glaze decoration (adaptible to feldspar glaze and calcium glaze) or in-glaze color. The pigment can be adapted to various atmospheric environment, it is easy to wash and without pollution.
