     This invention relates to process of roasting kaolin, its feature as follows: the technique of combustion in the fluidized bed type boiling furnace is applied to the combustion system of rotary kiln, which is utilizing the high temp. smoke to roast kaolin, so avoided kaolin overheat in rotary kiln owing to the direct combustin of spraying oil or coal powder; the direction of flue-gas flowing and raw material feeding is in reverse, so that heat-exchange is completely, has high heat efficiency, it is good for continuous production; especially the excellent combustion characteristic of fluidized bed, the process can utilize net calorific coal as fuel, make production cost cutting down.
