Abstract:
     Petroleum pitch is emulsified by a composite emulsifying agent consisting of octadecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride and oxipane compound reagent. The latter is again composed of alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether, alkanolamide and aliphatic alcohol polyoxyethylene ether sodium sulfate. The recipe and technology of preparation ensures the emulsion to be of good stability and applicability. spray painting of cast iron tubes and the like with this emulsion eliminates environmental pollution.
