Abstract:
     A water soluble electro-precipitating coating complex which is able to be precipitated at the negative pole. It is composed of two components as follows and used as synthetic resin adhesive: (A) the synthetic resin adhesive is 55-95% in weight and may be changed into water-soluble by protonation with acid; (B) the cross-linking agent is 5-45% in weight. There are ester group and end ester group which are able to carry out ester group and/or amide group transfer. These ester groups are substantially stable in neutral water medium. However, they are able to react with the synthetic resin adhesive above 140 deg.C in basic medium.
