Abstract:
     Acrylic ester damping paints applied on the bottom parts of cars in the prior arts possess very high damping and muffling effect, but the abrasive resistance is poor; while another kind of paints are of polyvingl chloride which have very high film strength for resisting stone impact but the damping and muffling properties are inferior. This invention provides a paint having both the above good properties and very high mechanical endo-energy consumption so that it can inhibits the shock of car body and radiation of noise. Paints made of this process can be applied as protecting film on the bottom of cars or other parts requiring damping, muffling, antiabrasion and anticorrosion.
