Abstract:
     A resin emulsion is produced by graft copolymerization of polyvinylalcohol and acrylic acid. It is a perfect paint for leathers applicable on the bottom, middle or upper layers. Leathers with this paint is resistant to-30 to-40 deg.C. It has fair film forming property. It is resistant to low temperature, solvent, water, heat and abrasion. The polymerization process is simple, and raw materials are easily obtainable. This kind of cold resistant paint is suitable for leather painting in cold district.
