Abstract:
     The coating material is composed of at least one polymerable or cross-linkable multi-functional acrylic or methyl-acrylic acid component. This coating material is polymerized in absence of non-polymerable component, forming a polymer network coating on solid substrate. This coating film enables active substance in the substrate to release regularly, or enables some substance in the surroundings, which can react with the active substance in the substrate, to penetrate regularly into the substrate and react with it, and the reaction product can release regularly to the outside surroundings.
