Abstract:
     This invention involves the production of anthracene oil-based paint in two steps: 1. preparation of the basic anthracene oil aqent containing anthracene oil, and 2. design of the composition of a paint in accordance with the requirements of the paint, and its processing at ambient temp. The anthracene oil-based black paint, complex color and single color paint and anti-rust paint so prepared, are all of multi-functions. The paint can be applied by brush, spray, through steeping or baking. Its raw material resorts to the by-product of coaltar refining which is cheap and abundant.
