Abstract:
     This invention relates to a composite paint, water soluble, consisting of inorganic and organic high polymers for film formation, incorporating the advantages of the available inorganic and organic paints but discarding the disadvantages thereof. Said paint shows an excellent fire resistant performance in surviving fire attacks many times, good heat insulation of the fire resistant effervescent layer, high mechanical strength, good resistance to cracking and peeling, and weather. The binder in the paint can also be used as the face coat of good decorative result. Said paint, easy and safe in application, has a low overall cost, presenting an excellent paint of fire resistance and decorative finish widely applicable to such base materials as wood and artificial boards on indoor wooden structures of various buildings, constructions of national defence, warehouses, etc.
