Abstract:
     The polyethersulfone (PES) coatings have following features: 1/. they can be used for good below 260 deg.C and the properties of resistance to 50 percent caustic alkali and strong or weak chlorhydric acid are similar to those of traditional enamel coatings; 2/. the PES coatings are convenient to be sintered and the power is saved; 3/. they resist impact and have excellent toughness, and longer life than enamel; 4/. the coatings are easy to be repaired, at any partial damages by the PES coatings;5/. the PES coatings have strong cohesive bond with a varity of steel, iron, aluminium, copper, etc.
