Abstract:
     The present invention relates to a clouded water paint formula and its preparation process. it is characterized by that polyvinyl alcohol (0.7 kg) is added in water (8 kg), heated, dissolved and filtered, then a film-forming agent is added, and then titanium pigment, light calcium powder and talcum powder are added, and ground so as to obtain the invented finished product. Said invented paint is non-toxic, odorless, and strong in water-proofing property.
