Abstract:
     The blends of fluoroine-containing plastic alloy are composed of thermoplastic-processable super high molecular weight copolymer of tetrefluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene with one or more kinds of other plastics,and fillers can be added. The composition of super high molecular fluoroine-containing plastic alloy contains 0.1 to 99.9 wt% of a copolymer of hexafluoropropylene and tetrafluoroethylene and 99.9 to 0.1 wt% polytetrafluoroethylene. The method of manufacturing said blends is to employ the dry powder co-qrinding or dry powder wet co-grinding processes. All kinds of articles are processed by hot-press or cold-press sintering procedure to overcome shortcomings of the cold flow and easy defomation for tetrafluoraethylene during sintering step,and can be extended usful life period.
