Abstract:
     It is used for coating optical glass. In the presence of various acrylate groups, the solidification rate can be increased. The refractive index (>1.46) and glassy transition temp. (<-50 deg.C) can be controlled by varying the containing ratio of various dimethylsiloxane groups, methyl-benzyl-siloxane group and dibenzyl-siloxane group. The solidification rate can be further increased by means of adding acrylate compound monomer. Besides high solidification rate, the present new coating material also has good wettability (it does not make spots on the glass fiber even coating at high speed and high temp.), suitable mechanical performance and good storage stability etc.
