Abstract:
     This invention is a new vulcanization method of high temperature formation with nickel complex compound as catalyzer which belongs to formation field of silicon rubber, the composition of Nickel complex compound is Nicl2, (pph3)2, catalyzer consists of equal mount of Nicl2 (pph3)2 and Cucl, new silicon rubber contains side chain of three ethylene silethyl group. On the special prescription and formation condition, the property of silicon rubber is equal to ordinary vinyl silicon rubber with chlorine platinum acid as catalyzer, but the cost is very low.
