     The title composition comprises at least one of the followings: ethylene-methyl acrylate co-polymer, ethylene-vinylacetate, ethylene-ethyl acrylate, ethylene-butyl acrylate et.al, and comprises crosslinking initiator and a kind of filler. The material made of the title composition is used for electric cable, cable for optical fibre and for insulation material.
