Abstract:
     The base material of this adhesive is made of block copolymer of styrene and butadiene (SBS) chemically graft-copolymerized with acrylic acid, bntylacrylate, 2-ethylhexylacrylate etc.. To this base material are added tackifier, filler, stabilizer and solvent to form the said product. It is widely used for bonding polyolefin tubes, sheets and films in cold state without any treatment of their surface, yet with high adhering strength. This art has solved the problem of difficulty to join polyolefin prolucts by adhesives. Furthermore, it is also an excellent adhesive for other plastics, rubbers, fibers, wood, ceramics and metals.
