Abstract:
     The adhesive for hot-vulcanized rubber boots is a latex comprising a binary mixture of hydrolyzed poly vinylalcohol and polyacrylamide solution, a natural latex, a terpene resin, a vnlcanization accelerator and pigments, mixed according to appropriate proportions. The advantage of the said adhesive is shown by a 100% increase of the cohesive strength between the surface cloth and the rubber sole, thus effectively avoiding separation of the fabric from the molded-on sole.
