     The present invention refers to the rubber roller used on the glass fiber cutter and its prepn. The said rubber roller is made by binding shaping the inner- combining-, and surface rubber layers on a mould with adhesive. The last stepis vulcanization. The rubber roller made by the present method is of low cost, long serivce time, and can be used on cutters for both thick and thin glass fiber. The production technology is simple.
