Abstract:
     The present invention constructs plant expression vector lambda 455, and uses said vector to construct x delta NA expression library of pseudo-south mustard. Said invention utilizes agrobacterium to mediate and convert the pseudo-south mustard to obtain a series of mutants, one mutant of these mutants represents presenility, light green leaf colour and male sterility. The present invention utilizes geneclone, sequence determination and transgenic analysis to show that said gene is one for coding phosphoethanolamine N-methyltransferase nEAMT. The inhibition of said gene in expression level can make said mutant possess sensitivity to high-concentration salt and high-temp. environment condition so as to produce temperature-sensitive male sterility.
