Abstract:
     The present invention discloses a kind of culture medium for inducing garlic embryonic callus. The culture medium is prepared through dissolving 6-benzyladenine, 2, 4-D, casein hydrate, cane sugar and agar in minimal medium MS. The culture medium of the present invention has garlic embryonic callus inducing rate as high as 82% in garlic stem apex culture, and may be used in factory production of garlic.
